Submission to the OECD on Transfer Pricing Documentation and Country-by-Country Reporting

On July 30th, the OECD published its White Paper on Transfer Pricing Documentation and invited actors to submit their comments. Please read the ‘Comments submitted by the BEPS Monitoring Group – White Paper Transfer Pricing‘.

The OECD organised a public consultation on Transfer Pricing documentation and country by country reporting, on November 12th and 13th 2013 in Paris. Members of the BEPS Monitoring Group participated and made additional contributions at this Consultation, a video of which was made available on the OECD website.
